Hi, I’m Jasmin — a Yoga Teacher based in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica.

Drawn by the peaceful landscapes and my love for the ocean, I came to Santa Teresa in 2023. Something about this place just clicked — the pace, the people, the energy. It’s where I get to do what I genuinely love every day: teach yoga, move with others, and create space to breathe, connect, and just be.

I offer a mix of yoga styles like Vinyasa, Core Vinyasa, Tigress Yoga (a strong, power-style flow), and Yin. Each class is designed to leave you feeling energized, calm, and grounded — a balance of strength and softness.

I created this website to share my practice and connect with others who want to move, breathe, and feel good — whether you’re here for a while or just passing through.
